Many of us have been 'sheltering in place' for just about 3 months now. We all probably have some sort of routine going on. But let's face it as "Mama" we usually don't create space for ourselves. Everyone else's needs come first. But like they say on the airplane, "secure your mask before helping others." We need to make sure we are taking care of ourselves during this time too.
Therefore, we have some fun news!
